Covid-19 update

Due to the latest guidance - we are following the latest guidelines.

We are open for online orders and we have decided to take extra measures processing orders to minimise the risks. We are only handling stock when absolutely necessary and only 1 person is allowed to handle items using disposable gloves. The same for packaging materials and labelling. Whilst our events and markets have been cancelled up to the end of August you can still place an order for us to deliver via courier or collect using the website and payment is made online to reduce cash handling. We can by special arrangement either deliver to you in Eastbourne and surrounding areas if you are not able to, if you get in touch with us via email or phone. We will update this page as we receive the relevant information.

30th March Fedex courier have issued the following for our customers;

Please be assured that we are taking necessary precautions in affected areas as per the guidelines of local authorities.For the safety and wellbeing of our couriers and our customers, our couriers will now only seek a verbal con rmation ofdelivery. This means that recipients will not be asked to sign for deliveries, until further notice. If there is any conflict between the guidelines in this document and the instructions and requirements issued by local authorities or procedures in alignment with recommendations from local authorities, the instructions, requirements and recommendations issued by local authorities or in alignment with local authorities prevail.
