South Downs Walnuts
1kg whole walnuts from the South Downs St Clair's estate which is made up of just under 1000 acres on the west side of the South Downs National Park in Hampshire.
These nuts are packed with many important B-complex groups of vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, and folates
Like most nuts, walnuts can be easily added to your diet. Chop and add to your favourite salad or yoghurt. Make your own granola or porridge topping with our goji berries and chia. Mix with our other nuts, dried fruits and seeds in homemade snack mixes. Alternatively just open the bag and snack!
