Happy New Year!

A very happy new year to our customers and our suppliers. We hope you had a really enjoyable break and a chance to catch up with friends family and loved ones? For us it is always a joy to shut the door on Christmas eve and put our feet up by the fire and unwind from a really hectic schedule and year


January is a great time for us to plan ahead what new products we would like to add to our range and where we are going to go and showcase our products around the country and try new places. If you have any suggestions on what Sussex products or events we would very much welcome them.

Graham, my husband, has been busy creating his own range of wood products from Champagne boxes to bird feeders and will be showcasing these are Firle Garden Show in April this year. I will be expanding our range of oils and fruit vinegars and adding new flavours to our own label preserves range.

January is always about keeping your eye out for Seville oranges so we can start our gin, malt whisky, cointreau and traditional Marmalades and then early rhubarb makes a wonderful sweet Jam when combined with oranges or ginger. So plenty to keep us going until our first market in March, which will be in Forest Row on Saturday the 4th, 9am- 2pm. Hope to see you then. Kate & Graham
